30 minute full body barre burn. Less is more in this class...challenge yourself to perform tiny movements in order to isolate specific muscle groups.

Rhythm Ride

30 minute cycling to the beat! If you love to ride to the music and can’t help but bust a move while doing it, then this class is for you!

HardCORE

30 minutes of Core! Having a strong core improves balance, posture, flexibility, and coordination. Not to mention it helps with back pain and everyday activities like carrying groceries or lifting weights.

HIIT

30 minute High Intensity Interval Training. Enjoy a quick, sweaty, invigorating workout that involves a mix of cardio intense moves followed by resistance training.

Full Body Burn & Bootcamp

30 minute combination of cardio and strength training that will leave you feeling like you got the best workout possible!
