My name is Nikki and I have been a personal trainer and fitness instructor for 4 years. I am a workout fanatic and teaching is my absolute passion. When I’m not working out or teaching, I can be found shopping (mostly for work out sets), at the beach, or eating! As a trainer, I am dedicated to my clients and care about their goals which is why I am so dedicated to helping them reach their dreams. As a fitness instructor, my personality really comes out in a class setting and you will see, I love to have fun. Being in front of a class is what I do best. I love to hype everyone up and create positive and explosive energy throughout the room. I will lead you through a safe, inspiring, effective, experience that will leave you feeling empowered and invigorated. I emphasize on form, consistency, and a healthy lifestyle. My classes are challenging, but my job is to make it as fun as possible and comfortable, because no one should feel intimidated when working on their physical and mental health.
